210904 What I learned in my studies this morning

Spin, circle of white. 
Joy takes wing. Right on target! 
"Swish!" — the old lingo. 

Daily Stoic:

My wife and I were watching a controversial 1980 film last evening. As I sat there, watching these massively disfunctional relationships, I couldn't help thinking about how incredibly marvelous our relationship is. And the parental dynamics of the group . . . I could not wrap my imagination around that. 

I live a charmed life and I know it. Memento Mori

This morning, we had one of the best days of Ultimate in a long time. My son and I spent a great few hours with good friends, playing together. Even though my play was limited because of a tweaked muscle, it was still so much fun.
