250522 What I learned in my studies this morning 5

Though not as well said, I did this exact thing earlier today, before reading this passage. 

My snacking habit was killing me once again and I recognized it. My awareness helped disarm it.  I've used awareness for other struggles as well, with moderate but promising results.

But I have to mean it. Nothing half-assed or my desires will sneer at my Faux awareness and move on with their plans.
