The Pocket Thich Nhat Hanh (ed. by Melvin McLeod), Loving Presence 


Being here now is more important than I think. It can affect more than just me and I want to give my loved ones all the love I can give them. (Why would I not?) 

So there's another reason to practice Mindfulness: to make my family and friends happy, too.
