Today's Meditation:
A Calendar of Wisdom by Leo Tolstoy
From A Guide to the Good Life by William B. Irvine
Chapter 8: Meditation — Watching Ourselves Practice Stoicism
The final bit of this section reminds me that my practice of philosophy is an ongoing process.
No one is perfect. No one can be on 100% of the time. I must forgive myself my trespasses and learn from them.
