Seek after truth, justice, self-control, goodwil to others, and every similar virtue. Good idea. Great idea! Now to walk the walk.... 

It's hard to makes this habitual. To alwhere and everywhen actively, purposefully, consciously pursue these things. 

To be so committed to them that it no longer need be conscious. 

Much work remains....
