I find you in the morning
After dreams of distant signs

You pour yourself over me

Like the sun through the blinds.

Daily Stoic:

I must train my mind to act as I want during crises.  If I force myself to remain calm, to assess rationally, then I will be more likely to act that way in the future.  

Habits foretell behaviors.  Not precisely, but close enough that if you hum a few bars I can fake it....
