It was the best world.
Thoughts:
Yeah. I completely forgot to do my studies yesterday. Woops.
But I did spend an hour talking to my daughter about Marcus Aurelius and Stoic techniques to combat anger. Does that count?
It's ok. I'm fully aware that I'm not perfect. Now to keep from making a habit of it . . . .
