More thoughts about my boss.

He is really good at keeping an even keel and maintaining his calm in the face of provocation. I know he gets upset with things, but, if you don't know him really well and know his tells, you may never notice.

He is scrupulously fair. Even in cases where no one else on earth would bother with the extra effort, he does.

He's kind-hearted. He cares more than people understand.

And more besides.
