The Pocket Thich Nhat Hanh (ed. by Melvin McLeod), Darkness Becomes Light
I'm so glad he included this part because I was, in at least a slight way, seeing mindfulness as my ally in the fight against unconscious living. Shifting to a more inclusive, more connected vision of the process helps me. It makes it easier to slide into the relief and ease which should be a normal part of it.

Accepting, growing, adapting, merging, becoming . . . . It's much better than fighting my way through these issues.
