Being in the moment robs future worries of their anxiety. But shouldn't we work toward goals? Not be emotionally invested in their success, to be sure, but toward some set of ideas not yet achieved, certainly.

Being in the moment robs future worries of their anxiety. But shouldn't we work toward goals? Not be emotionally invested in their success, to be sure, but toward some set of ideas not yet achieved, certainly.
So how do I reconcile being an enlightened person with being a good husband, father, son, brother, or friend who doesn't flake out on stuff?
