Natural meditation is simple, practicable, effortless. It is a state achieved if my mind is calm and present, ready for whatever comes, anticipating nothing, accepting all.

And I need more practice because I find this hard. Sometimes, it clicks and I flow and it's all good. Others times, many times, it is thwarted by my past and my future impinging upon my present.
