The Tao that can be told is not the eternal Tao.

The name that can be named is not the eternal name.

The nameless is the beginning of heaven and earth.

The named is the mother of ten thousand things.

Waste no more time arguing what a good man should be. Be one.

Stop looking for the answer in a book. It's not in a book. If it were in a book, everyone would have found it. It's not in a book.
